Exiting the winter months the majority of the coral has survived well. The condition of the coral in the nursery reflects the condition of the elkhorn coral on the nearby reef.

The combination of physical stress, due to weather events and very poor water quality took it's toll on the coral in the nursery. The Reef Relief Coral Nursery ended up producing three large 'acropora rosettes' that were used to restore a nearby section of reef damaged by a 'vessel grounding'.
